Would you happen to have any of the reference numbers you would have received when submitting these emails? With these numbers I'll be able to pull up any tracking history, and see who handled these emails.

works fine for me,,

emails get answered pretty damn fast,..

I mean really fast..

I emailed couple times during setting up & got replies minutes later..

They do have a phone you know,, it's an 800# for christ sakes,, don't you know what a phone is for,,

This is GFY, not their support forum.

Lol, i would agree with you, but you dont know the problems I have been having with them, so until you do know the in and outs of it, shut the fuck up!! Yeah i do knoe e mails get answered quick, so it shouldnt have taken days for them to get back to me, yeah and i do know what a phone is, but with the time difference its difficult, and why should i spend loads of time on the phone when i have sent 5 e mails and phoned aswell, hey what am i doing explaining to you!!!!
And know this isnt ccbill customer support, but hey have you read the rest of the thread other people have problems too.
