So I started in Winnipeg to eat more and more organic foods. Now that I moved to Montreal I have a natural health and organic food store just down the street and decided to start eating just that.

Anyone as any tips for someone who is starting to change their eating habits and type of food?

ME and Ellisa eat a lot of organics its pretty hard to eat all organic

we have a great store down the street as well

and organic hemp hearts are the best!

i have started a while back...and sometimes have stints of only
eating organic...but hell...some of that stuff is just too expensive

my wife and I have been eating 90% organic for a year now and I'd say 50% organic the year before that. The hardest thing was to find organic meat. We used to ship in organic beef. But now our super market carries organic chicken.. Its a stiff price though, $9/lb

I recommend starting with the organic box items.. Organic rice, meals, etc.. then as you get used to not eating "just anything" then start eating more organic vegetables and actually creating your own meal.

I like to eat stuff From Trader Joe's. It's not all organic, but everything they have is so good.

I do as much as I can.

I recommend eating only organic animal products... the hormones injected into non organic meat (animals) and stuff they are given to eat is just horrible...

I stopped eating animal products for a few months to see if there was a difference and there really is. I have more energy, am more calm & generally feel better.

I have been eating 90% organic for the past 7 months.

Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Lucky for us here on he west coast we have Whole Foods market and they have mostly all organic.
