I need some assistance regarding signing up for an epassporte account to receive affiliate payments.
I have signed up for a sponsor program that offers epassporte as a payout option, I haven't got a epass account and am unsure as to which account I need to signup for on the epassporte.com site.

I tried a personal account but they want a credit card or bank account to verify my account and I have to load my account with a minimum of $25.

I just want an account to receive payments from the sponsor, that I can then withdraw the money using an ATM card at my account.

Is this possible or do you have to load your account with money before you can receive payments?

some sponsors offer to help you get an account...try on of those...

If you open the account yourself you need to load $25 to activate the account.

Some sponsors will open an account for you when you get your payout from them.
