I need some assistance regarding signing up for an epassporte account to receive affiliate payments.
I have signed up for a sponsor program that offers epassporte as a payout option, I haven't got a epass account and am unsure as to which account I need to signup for on the epassporte.com site.

I tried a personal account but they want a credit card or bank account to verify my account and I have to load my account with a minimum of $25.

I just want an account to receive payments from the sponsor, that I can then withdraw the money using an ATM card at my account.

Is this possible or do you have to load your account with money before you can receive payments?
