That counter may be just rotating images. Fluctuations are a little steep to be plausible. In fact I am pretty sure inlive doesn't generate JPGs but I could be off here.
Also, when a site gets that much traffic, usually it gets a post at least every 30 seconds. If I'm wrong, sorry. But that just doesn't look very plausible. I'll go back to have my beer.
