 how stupid are they?? im located in qc... and thats in canada if you havent noticed... now they send the item back to the states then back to canada  |

lol that's a first for me and I've used them a lot... Sometimes it gets stuck in Lachine for a while but going back to the states is new to me...

omg, this is not serious at all, can't you ask UPS to keep it in Lachine? so that you can pick it up there? not that I recommened this cause going to Lachine is such a pain.

the thing is, it was ebay and the company only uses ups
