I have REJOINED a Health Club/GYM.......
Went in yesterday , worked out
Woke my ass up this morning ....worked out... 20 min cardio, then weight training then finish off with 20 min of cardio again... Ill be back in my old old old body style within 3 months Next report coming soon |

 I lost 27 lbs to date, since June 1st. I work out once a week, for 60 mins, treadmill at a high incline and high tension (its a manual treadmill, burn more calories and fat than with a motorized treadmill). GOOD LUCK!

good job. combine it with low fat high proteine diet and expand the cardio to 60 mins at the end. In 6 months you´ll look sexier than your photochops
