We offer $10 plans, but that is mainly a way to let people try us out, and most of the time they upgrade.

The ones that don't, with a few exceptions, are the most demanding of all.

Our clients that spend $1,000's I rarely hear from. The $10 guys are a different story.

Checked out dot5hosting and citrexhosting. TOS for them prohibit adult or obscene. Hostmonster looks promising... but no TOS could be found on site. AR+

This thread is crazy. I don't understand why in the world any host would even offer a 1-3 dollar a month plan. It's totally useless, with the costs of BW, data center space, servers, techs, routers, cables and a slew of other costs it's unbelievable.
