Each submitter has its own rules about # of outgoing links per gallery; does anyone have info about this ?

It's not rocket science.
2 links to sponsor, generally. Alternatively an additional link to 2257 info, at your own risk. When including the latter link, use as few recips as possible.

I get away with 3 links to my sponsor, and I put the 2257 address on the bottom of the gallery, not linked. Let the justice dept cut and paste if they need to.

Generally, you can get away with a few more links if they're paid submissions, but that's not always the case.

depends on tgp 2-3 is the standard, i always use 3 myself...

i use 2 links to sponsor, 2257 link, and then 3 recips at the top and rarely have problems.
