plus the person needs to be nice. I'm tired of dealing with some designers who are rude and unreliable. I hope you guys understand... :P
Not trying to be a pain, but I want someone that I can work with on a regular basis and that is not only good at it, but pleasant... a good work environment is important  |

I wish I could help, but I'm just not that great at it. I can do them...and I can even make them 100% XHTML compliant...but it takes me too long for me to be useful to you guys. XLabor rocks btw!
