Yes, pretty much, taking the psds, slicing them and adding the basic php to them.

plus the person needs to be nice. I'm tired of dealing with some designers who are rude and unreliable. I hope you guys understand... :P
Not trying to be a pain, but I want someone that I can work with on a regular basis and that is not only good at it, but pleasant... a good work environment is important :)

I wish I could help, but I'm just not that great at it. I can do them...and I can even make them 100% XHTML compliant...but it takes me too long for me to be useful to you guys. XLabor rocks btw!
