Actually. Most of my family is form rural Quebec so how can I be racist? We're all white. Same race. So get a clue. I have seen first hand how low the quality of life is in rural Quebec while the city folks are able to prosper.

The Quebec government cant even fucking pave roads (2 damn years to repave a 10km stretch of highway that was left all dirt, holes and chunks of cement and huge rocks left behind during those 2 years), feed the hungry nor provide opportunities for companies to create jobs.
