For everyone assuming he's a scam artist - I know for a fact there are affiliates that can send over XXX sales a day and the traffic is clean. There are many things a good sponsor protecting their interests looks for when accepting such deals - I HIGHLY doubt in THIS DAY AND AGE in the industry, that a company will turn a blindeye with all the legal issues going on - but I can be living in la-la-land sometimes too.

Also - Just FYI for the postcount affacionados - some of the affiliates that can bring in more than XXX amount of daily sales never hear of GFY other than it being a 'curse word'.

Actually, Missie, I see where/why you may have interpreted it that way - but his response was to the claim that Blackhat SEO was 'BAD' and he was pointing out (to the gentleman that threw that comment) that the sponsor he was flying in his signature has a lot of traffic from cloaked pages (which is considered, by some, as black hat).

Now, taken in context, his reply back:
I took that as simply stating the facts of the history of this business. Seven to ten years ago, when this business was still in its infancy stage & booming - everyone did anything that was not 'illegal' at the time in order to get greater market share. As they grew into corporations & personal empires were built, laws changed in the US, things changed accordingly and are continuously changing. Not everyone accepts those practices - I agree - but I don't see him stating that spam or spyware are his traffic source or that he agrees with it.


Someone who is planning to de-fraud the sponsor will not want to accept the sponsor deducting chargebacks.

He states his stance on this here:
I don't know who would risk sending him cash via FedEx. I also would highly doubt any bank in the world will not question someone making $3k to $5k daily cash withdrawals from a corporate account. Then again, in this day and age, anything is possible.

Normally people who DO use spyware/adware and spam extensively don't openly post it on public discussion boards and rarely, if ever, discuss it with people who don't, especially when they don't even know them. For good reasons. The best con artists are the ones who can fool you, me, and pretty much everyone else.
