PROGRAMMER: Need a simple project done (csv upload inventory , updates a page)

Yo

Specs:

Need to upload and update inventory on a site, simple site layout nothing too fancy it is for wholesale b2b customers .

Basically need index page to be updated via means off a csv upload. csv will have like 5 fields or so. So i upload a csv file and the index page updates and such.

Anybody can do this?

if the index files reads the csv file, then it's something to be done for like $10.
It certainly looks easy and aint more than 100, but like was said, who knows what the *realy* wants...

which is why I get everyone to fill out a resume...so what I deliver is what they asked for ;)
