are you sure you're not lying?

dude, the prices START at $350
that'll give you a data entry worker
if you need programmer or a designer you'll be talking other prices.

It would be difficult getting them to be allowed to come to the USA... But I think i could pull some strings :thumbsup

Yes, its cheaper now than the USA, but prices and wages seem to be rising faster and faster each year. When they join the EU though, a lot of peoples living standards will shrink during the transition which leaves more outsourcing potential.

Hi Mike

We find and interview then select someone based on requirements you give us. So whatever you want in a worker, we advertise and conduct the interviews and select the best one based on the criteria and interview. We also send you the interview feedback and notes in case you want to select the best one.. just like a staffing agency, we charge $150 for this service, then you can pay use month via many different payment methods, and we pay the worker direct. The allows you to use many payment methods whereas if you paid the worker direct you would be limited to costly Intrnationa wire transfers or Western union fee's.

Let me know if you would like to proceed. thanks!

You sure you've been to Romania? NURSES make more than that.

Living in Romania is not as bad as some of you might expect. Sure, it is true that the average income here is about $100 a month, but everything else is equally inexpensive: a loaf of bread is about 30 cents, a taxi ride across the city is about $2, a nice dinner - $5, a facelift - $300, a laptop - $600. I am easily getting by on about $2-3 a day.

Believe it or not, my sister's mother in law (Romanian) works 8 hours / day doing carpets. She comes home with her hands scratched and severe back-pains.
Her salary is ~ 70$/month.

My god thats horrible :Oh crap

I feel very bad for her. this is one reason i really love finding work for people in poorer countries.

Yup, but Romania is a long way from being far away from this.. When they enter the EU, the standard of living will get hammered for some time.

Since $250/month is the same as someone making 2000 a month in the USA, your feedback doesnt really apply. And for some reasonyou dont seem like the kind of guy who has several USA employee's like I do. 3 USA employees, whom have a NICE 401k and 7 in Romania who all make a lot more $$$ than their friends and family.

Yes, I get what I pay for: Excellent service and high quality work. :2 cents:

I just had a quick conversation with my manager in Bucharest:

[08:31] Infanz: whats the current average income per month in Bucharest currently?
[08:31] trotter@work: 300 euro
[08:31] trotter@work: that's medium
[08:31] Infanz: i see
[08:31] trotter@work: minimum wage 100 euro
[08:32] Infanz: how do people live, when everywhere we went was as expensive as the USA?
[08:32] trotter@work: well not quite the same...
[08:32] Infanz: ya, but getting close
[08:32] trotter@work: some things are cheaper
[08:33] Infanz: I'd say the prices where the same as smaller midwestern towns here.
[08:33] Infanz: which are cheaper than the big coastal cities
[08:34] trotter@work: well i really don't know i think they don't use to eat very often :)
[08:34] trotter@work: but with a total of let's say 600 euro per mont for a family you can manage live here
[08:36] trotter@work: the expenses for the apartment house go to 100 euro/month...
[08:36] Infanz: cool
[08:36] trotter@work: the bills for phone/tv around 50 euro/month
[08:36] Infanz: howcome we paid 50 euor per night for teh paprtment we stayed at then?
[08:36] Infanz: heh
[08:37] trotter@work: because is per day :)
[08:37] trotter@work: and i don't talk about the rent
[08:37] trotter@work: i talk about the utilities
[08:38] trotter@work: rents are around 150-300 euro per month
[08:38] Infanz: i see
[08:38] trotter@work: what you had was an apartment rented like a hotel :)
[08:38] trotter@work: hotel room
[08:39] Infanz: yeah
[08:39] trotter@work: if you stayed for a month or two i'm sure we could got a better deal
[08:39] Infanz: so if someone cleared over 3,000 USD per month in Bucharest, you could live pretty well
[08:40] trotter@work: with 3000/month you can live pretty well here
[08:41] trotter@work: if you own the aprtment you will go around 600 utilities and food
[08:41] trotter@work: and the rest to spent for our pleasure
[08:41] trotter@work: *to be spent
[08:42] trotter@work: a good wage is considered here around 1000-1500 USD
[08:42] Infanz: nice

I've never seen any Romanian sponsors, but thanks for you input. We are an American business, with very close Romanian connections. Our workers get paid to be dedicated and produce high quality work for their employers, thus ripping someone off would NOT be in their best interest. :2 cents:

Haha, same here.

As somebody who always pays up front AND having been screwed by so called 'experienced' outsource people from poor countries who say they know it all and keep deadlines, I think it is funny that you as a person who offers these services won't even try to get work out of it.

Oh well, on to the next ...
