darksoul 11-22-2006 08:53 AM

for $350 you will get a well trained monkey

if you're looking for quality programmers they start at 500 euros

ForteCash 11-22-2006 09:05 AM

I was asked how do we get paid:

Just like a staffing agency, we usually get paid by the person looking for the workers, and our fee is $150 to start and conduct the interview process, place all ad's, etc. This fee is refunded if we cannot find someone that meets your requirements.

Each month you will pay us, and we pay the worker, or you ca pay the worker directly, which ever you choose. Most opt to have us pay the worker and manage them, etc.

:thumbsup

This is becuase we can accept many more methods of payment than the worker's can, such as credit card, wire transfers, etc. Most employer's dont want to have to western union the payments becuase fee's are very high. This is why we act as your agent and handle all the dirty work and let you worry about running your business. :thumbsup

Thats very insulting, especially when doctors in Romania dont even start at 250 USD per month.

I've been doing this for 6 years, and 500 euro's is not the base price for anything. We place ad's and conduct interviews as well as have them do tests to qualify themselves. I have plenty of quality work being done by people who make a lot less than 500 euros per month.

But 1. they actually MAKE more than that and 2. they don't work for privately owned companies. :winkwink:

I need the manpower but have always had bad luck with outsourcing. What makes this different?

the best way to do this is to use a company just for recruiting
then deal only with the guys you choose.

Actually, No, I don't. I have a team of 10 working for me alone. We have outsourced and found work for many more people than I'm sure you have :2 cents:

Well, the main difference is because we actually have our own office in Bucharest, with a manager who interviews each prospect, has them take some tests based on what the requirements are from the employer, and then we choose the best prospect. most people who do outsourcing never meet the person, where we have people that do. and since he's Romanian and very professional, his choosing of the best prospect has always made a very big difference compared to when we havent met the person before.

Overall, my personal experience has been fantastic.

First of all I'm not outsourcing people
2nd, since you find so many, and I actually know how things are, I'd think your standards are pretty low proving my original point that for $350 you get monkeys.

I currently have a very inteligent girl I recently hired who re-writes copy and makes contacts for affiliate marketing and link partners whom I pay 350/month, and she is no monkey.

Pricelessprod 11-22-2006 12:04 PM

ok, Ill take you up on your offer, shit worst that could happen to me is i end up doing the work myself, but lets give him a test run and ill let you all know how he does.....

Hit me up, I need a shit load of writing done, from what i have read, the amount and style i need done isnt even worth 350 a month, but ill give you that if your people can handle it.

Get me on ICq or yahoo, see sig.....

Theo 11-22-2006 12:09 PM

she works 40h/week for $350/month?

polish_aristocrat 11-22-2006 12:12 PM

REALITY CHECK: DarkJedi admitted 4 years ago ( when he was still a newbie, and not a troll ) that he would be comfortable earning $300 per month from this biz

the situation in the countries like Romania or Ukraine has since improved, but probably there still could be some people found willing to work for $350 per month

You mean MONKEYS don't you? You're a real piece of work.

A lot of these people formerlly had state jobs and made even less working much harder. $350/month also will not get you a programmer, that obviously is a more expenive trade. Finding someone who is fluent in english and can write better than most americans for 350/month is an envaluable service to someone like myself. :2 cents:

there aren't any state jobs that have much to do with computers (you're proving my point again)

and whats wrong with monkeys ? theres a huge request for data entry jobs
I don't see what you get so pumped up for

ffmihai 11-24-2006 03:31 AM

a 350$ wage in Bucharest can be peanuts for a well skilled programmer, but in other cities is gold!

Naughty 11-24-2006 03:53 AM

My romanian programmer rocks!

Hit me up I might be interested in a service if what we need can be done right.

i hope this not another exploiting company, i've been there, the client paid them $850 and we only get $200, i wonder how much your dearest employee get for $350. maybe $100. watch them out, after 2 or 3 months, your worker will gone, also his/her client. i wonder where they go. :1orglaugh

No, when we've done that before the most we marked up was maybe 50-100 per month, but now we take a $150 fee upfront from the employer and that's our only one time fee for finding them a good qualified worker. I pay my admin 1200/month, my main designer 1,200/month and several other workers between 350 and 850 per month. I don't try to screw them because I want them long term.

Programmers get more money than 350, that's for sure.

I have a pic of the office in my AVN Online ad.. But most people can work from home. if you want them to work in a controlled office environment, that can be arrnaged as well..

What exactly do you want pics of?
