I'd really like one that can manage a big network of domains, reciprocal and non-reciprocal exchanges.

Is there anything like that commercially avaialable?

I've got a badass command line one, its on one of my backup cd's somewhere...but it doesn't do periodic...it prints out a report, it also checks google to see if anything you link to is pr0'd
