Interserver - GoFuckYourself.com

Hey,

Anybody use Interserver as a host, or Cpanel for server-side software? It's showing I pushed right around 112 gigs last month off of this server. These guys are trying to convince me I pushed 135+, according to "their software" and are expecting me to pay $3 / gig over the limit I exceded.

They're trying to tell me that their software is accurate, and the server-side software isn't - and are requiring me to pay the specified amount.

What in the hell...anybody else had this kind of trouble with them?

Well, my privat host used to have CPanel before. We only had problems back then. Switched to HSphere and things are noticeably better. There were also some quirks to have worked out but meanwhile I don't notice any flaws anymore.

Just ask them to show their stats....it shouldn't be a problem.

It's too bad they're nickel and diming you... not all hosts do that!
