for me: 1.mid october, but i have monthly payouts set 2.4 3.i'm not sure..i have been very, very satiesfied with them.i truly trust them.i'm sure they're not taking phone calls just because they have too much to do right now.i'm sure we will get our payouts.they didn't tell us the truth first because people get very annoying if the topic is money, even when it gets payed out some days after expectation. 4. germany (sry for my english) ^^ 5.they will do everything to satisfy their clients and again,i think we should give them a chance and we should not behave like a bunch of gay chicken if the payouts are delayed some days. they do business, they are in trouble.they'll fix it.just give em time. |

 1. 2006-10-31 2. around $500 (we only used them for a backup processor) 3. Still using Member-cash.de for our main processor, but if the Mastercard sitiuation with paymonde isn't sorted soon we will be looking for a new backup processor. 4. UK 5. They have answered a couple of our emails related to technical issues promptly so thats at least a good sign that they aren't ignoring all emails. But it has been a while since they have been able to accept Mastercard payments.

 2. 1.5. I only had switched to them 2 months ago, so they did not get a chance to process a ton of business. Plus they were spitting it with CCBill on the cascase. 3. Yes. I added in Verotel, which I had on other sites of mine as a primary, and they have replaced iMonde on my cascade. So it's Verotel, and CCBill on those 4 sites now. 4. Michigan, United States 5. I think they are in deep shit. I have been with companies in the past who have had something similar happen. It took them 3-6 months to get the fund released from their merchant bank. In the meantime, one company ended up getting other processing 6 months later. The other ended up fixing the problem with the merchant bank, and in 3 months, we received the frozen funds. My thoughts are that they are done for. So fucking pay me my money. ![]() |

T.C. also for us and we think Verotel are fantastic. Our only complaint is their stats which are cumbersome to use. I've heard tell, however, that they are working on a new system which would be great.

As far as domains, I've no idea what you're talking about. We own and maintain all our domains. Verotel has no ownership whatsoever nor have they ever asked for it. |

Verotel never implemented the domain thing, and it was only for ticketsclub users anyway.

		 Today's grim update:

	1. Word is fast spreading through the various and sundry webmaster boards about Paymonde's collapse which can have no other effect but to hasten their demise. 2. NO pay from NO Paymonde for us and for many others but (and this is a big BUT) some webmasters are reporting payments on time and even early. This leads one to inevitable conclusion that the swine in charge at Paymonde are carefully picking n choosing select clients in order to keep the swindle going a little bit longer. Once again, in conformity with the Ibill model. 3. Rebills are continuing to be transacted DESPITE payouts to clients. 4. Not a single "official" word from Paymonde management since the 25th of October. Emails, phone calls and tickets continue to be ignored and go unanswered or acknowledged in most (all?) cases. As noted above, office is closed. More as more is known... |

i still use paymond for the billing...i have no new processor yet.

so i hope all will go well... i think theres a possibility that paymonde will continue as usual. |

				Paymond Gone???

I can no longer login my account, various paymond URLS can not be found!

I heard from another webmaster that they had a message they were closing down or going out of business yesterday. Can any one login to their account? |
