This ads a new meaning to the term "work out partner"

Who needs a gym membership when you can set up a daily 2 hour rigorous sex regimen and lose all the weight you want? According to tons of studies, sex is also therapeutic for your mind and soul, it improves circulation and cardio-vascular health, and it is especially helpful and therapeutic when one has sex during illness.

In other words, if you have a headache, having sex is one of the things you SHOULD have. It eases tension and relieves stress, and releases all sorts of endorphins and such.

Anyone using this weight loss plan?

used to see thicker chicks in high school turn into sticks over the summer.. wouldn't you know they were also "seeing" some of the dirty guys.. i think it works for a lot of people

I would suggest this to more people but for those people truly overweight professional sex trainers normally cost around $250 an hour. I'm sure you could get a decent trainer for $50 in the Bronx though.

One of my ex's believed sex was a good cure for a headache, I thought it was a load of crap, but never argued with her when she asked me to help fix her headache

Well, sex does burn calories, and if it's done in a prolonged way aggressively it can even be aerobic, so yeah, it would be classed as exercise then and would help you to lose weight if coupled with a proper diet.

Time for a workout.

i even upped the regime to 4 hours a day......my poor hubby is fading away to nearly nothing tho.....
