Well, guess what... even if he paid MGK all of $5 for his design, that's involvement. If he has a domain and it gets any traffic at all... that's involvement.

The moment he talked to anyone about starting a site, or learning anything about being a webmaster.... he became a legit member of this "webmaster board."
