eh, 31.5 cents per gig isn't particularly wowing me, especially with it being so close to Black Friday. But still not a bad deal considering everything (sata-2).

Considering last month I got a 400 gig IDE drive for under 28 cents a gig, at least under 28 cents a gig.
![]() If it's AR, then it would take sub 20 cents a gig to wow me.

i went to newegg expecting to pay around 220-240 per 500gb drive so to find them for 229.99 with a free 250... SOLD. i guess a good deal is only relative to what you want to buy =] i probably charge more for my services than some people, but id like to think im worth it.

Yeah, I hate stuff that is AR as well. The 400 gig drive I got was BR at under 28 cents a drive from outpost, practically a steal at that size and price. I'm expecting many drives to be sub 25, maybe even sub 20 at BR prices this Black Friday so I'll probably stock up on hard drives then, need to get a few more TB.
