Question for Short Attention Span People
My focus is for shit. I either am totally engrossed in something, or flittin' from one thing to the next.
I need to tighten it up a notch to spend my time more productively. I'd like to have something that I could set to pop up on my screen, telling me, "hey, you need to be doing this now". Is there any scheduler type program that does that?

My pocket PC has a scheduler that pops up reminder screens, I think Outlook Calendar will do this also, but they need to be scheduled and if........
