Only a dirty, low-class person would spit on another individual. If you're comfortable still dating someone who has shown him/herself to be complete trash, then go ahead....but also know what that makes you.

Spitting in someones face is one of the ultimate forms of disrespect in my opinion.. just a notch below PISSING on someones face. Not ok reguardless of circumstances and should have been enough to make you get the fuck out of the relationship the first time it happened. I've never understood why chicks or anyone for that matter would put up with repeated instances of extreme disrespect. I've always given people 2-3 chances basically.. if they fuck me over any more then that they get put on a "you can go fuck yourself" list. Permanantly.

You know what lady you got issues. First off you need to get the fuck out of there. Second of all you need some serious counseling. Then you need to focus on YOUR life. You continue down the path you are they are gonna find your ass laying in a ditch somewere. If he spiting on you im sure he is also doing other things. I feel sorry for you in a way and in a way i dont. I seen this shit to many times includeing one of my own family members.
