I am entering into contract with a pornstar (won't disclose her name) it's a 50/50 partnership on her website .I just thought if anyone could give me any pointers on any legal matters that I should go over with her. What are the most important things that I should go over?

Talk to a lawyer

Make sure you both agree on who owns the content. Maybe look into existing contracts she may be a party to and how these impact your agreement.

Im just a bit short on cash right now. I think that's what I have to do though... contact a lawyer.

If you don't have enough cash for a lawyer, than wait until you do. It could be a long road to hell otherwise...

before I put my name on any binding contract, I have a lawyer check it out for my own best interest
