Legal Question

I am entering into contract with a pornstar (won't disclose her name) it's a 50/50 partnership on her website .I just thought if anyone could give me any pointers on any legal matters that I should go over with her. What are the most important things that I should go over?

Make sure you both agree on who owns the content. Maybe look into existing contracts she may be a party to and how these impact your agreement.

If you don't have enough cash for a lawyer, than wait until you do. It could be a long road to hell otherwise...
