licenses, ownership... etc

this isn't relevent to the original question but it is related in a way.

i know of shitloads of sites that are most definately using unlicensed content. but there isn't a way to PROVE it.

content thieves and apic deserve each other.

when someone is using scanned content, or 'erotic clips' taken from late night tv, there is nobody to report the fuckers to. contact the host... they mail back with "prove they don't own the content"... contact apic and it isn't an issue, because the content does not belong to one of their affiliates.

it is definately a bitch.

i know of a few asian webmasters who admittedly take their content from $5 VCDs... and will admit it to anyone except for people that matter (for example, they'd deny if asked by their host), and know they can get away with it, because even though they admit to it... there is no way to prove that they DON'T have a license sitting on their desk... and there is nowhere to report this as the producers of these VCDs are in thailand, vietnam, indonesia, etc. i mean... some of this shit is censored with subtitles! show me ONE content provider that sells licensed content like that, and i'll eat my fucking head.

i hate having to compete with fucking cheaters.
