i have changed my addr several times with them. it took about 12 hours via email.

I already tried that. Only number provided as Admin and Tech contacts is Network Solution's phone number.

Did whois on: webpower.com, clickcash.com, ifriends.com

sort of stuck now

When you log into your account -> change settings. Do you see the email address on that page. Did you try sending the changes to that address with the information they are asking for?
