If you have IE7 you will notice they added a google type search box on the upper right, now they let you customize where the search goes to , and you can build tools to let surfers use your custom search in their ie search box
Heres an example demo i made ( its prefectly safe to use and simple to remove )

heres how to make your own customized search box

first make yourself an xml file in the following format

<ShortName>Smokey The Bear Porn Search</ShortName>
<Description>Smokey The Bear Porn Search provider</Description>
<InputEncoding>UTF-8</InputEncoding>
<Url type="text/html" template="http://hornydog.webspacemania.com/wmv/?videos={searchTerms}" />
</OpenSearchDescription>

notice where it says {searchTerms} thats where you input the url to your own search service

so if you wanted to add a youtube search box to your ie you would do it like this

<OpenSearchDescription xmlns="http://a9.com/-/spec/opensearch/1.1/">
<ShortName>Smokey The Bear Porn Search</ShortName>
<Description>Smokey The Bear Porn Search provider</Description>

</OpenSearchDescription>

to initiate the process simply use the following javascript pointing to the xml file we just created

window.external.AddSearchProvider("http://ytmnd.webspacemania.com/search/stb.xml");
}
</script>
<center><a href=http://www.yoursite.com/thankyou.html onclick=fd();>ADD HERE</a>

p.s. this only works on ie7 so if your using firefox go get a real browser

only thing that sucked was the address bar being above the menu.
took care of that, and now all is good.

ya, same here. and did anyone else notice the text looks fake'ish? it's not as crisp as IE6 (unless my settings are just weird)

Yeah text does look a little too clean or something now. Will get used to it I guess.

well to do gfy is a tad more complex because gfy doesnt have an easily readable search url like mysite.com/search.php?word=lensman

but you can do a simply query from google of just gfy results..

You can try it here http://ytmnd.webspacemania.com/se/

it will ask if you want to make it your default search engine , you can click yes or no doesnt matter its easily changed , then just type a search item into the search bar and select "Gfy search" from the drop down list of search providers

my windows cant seem to find gpedit.msc
