I was just wonderin what you guys do when your password abuse software blocks a user?
I know from previous experience it can happen for an innocent reason and my way of dealing with it has always been to wait till a user contacts me (figuring if he does he is prob honest). What do you guys think is the best policy to take? Thanks Jamie |
