Drinking tea really gives me a headbuzz
too much caffeine i think.
good to wake up in t he morning but i think i should stay away from this stuff. anyone else find that? the tea seems to be really really strong |

depends on the tea and how long you steep it for come over I got some wicked teas and herbs too
decaffeinated teas are good for bedtime |

green tea has a good hit of caffeine, otherones I find pretty weak but alright for later in the day

same problem for me with green tea, feel really woozy right 10-15 minutes after I drink it. Maybe steeping it too long.
