I am looking for something quick to use (i.e. no huge learning curve) and preferribly low cost. I just need it to do quick screen grabs from video. Nothing else.

http://www.frame-shots.com/ easy to use, can run in batch mode, you can add watermarks, etc. I love it, never used anything else any more.
