I've never seen when somebody asks "can you spam me with content providers" somebody mention you besides YOU lol...
But you can conduct business like that,it's really none of my concern but I know for a fact it turns a lot of people off...

I'll have an affiliate program coming out in 5-6 months and I am already calculating advertising into my budget... why not?

true...very true... but when you act like your at the top,conduct yourself that way (directed at the appropriate party)

I have NO problem somebody plugging their site when it's called upon OR making an important announcment OR signatures but there are a few people who take it a tad bit far on here... I probably shouldn't have pointed out Charly because I haven't seen him do it as of late but it's obvious who those people are...

The big problem is that if everyone had to advertise when they started and to rely on word of mouth. The whole supply industry to the internet would be a quarter of what it is now. This would be for the worse.

The reason people log onto the Adult net is to see the largest and cheapest collection of porn ever. If the number of Hosts and Content Providers was reduced, prices would never have been forced down.

Look at what you used to pay for images and what you now pay. Look at the selection you used to have and the selection today. I used to sell images to a single internet site for $3 each. All that stopped when the prices went down.

Why because 100s of Content Providers have started up and forced prices DOWN. Burdoned with the cost of advertising or waiting for a friend to tell a competitor they would not of started. For the better or worse of the net, your choice.

the point im trying to make is you keep saying your doing so well blah blah blah...and times are getting competitive blah blah blah which one is it? Are you doing well or doing bad?? If you obviously need to spam and are self admitted to spending 8 plus hours a day patrolling messageboards and popping in on threads that 1) have no place for you 2)well..you love to spam it just lets me know that your a whining ass webmaster.Take your 2500 and do some CREATIVE MARKETING..I have been in mainstream internet marketing and also adult marketing for the past 5 years....because quite frankly Charly, your content SUCKS

do you really think someone doing 400 joins per day really cares what anyone else thinks?

people can get all high and mighty about being anti-spam, but guys/companies who are making $20K a day could give a shit less about the high and mighty....

what's really funny is that I know a lot of people who'll decry spam on the boards yet are secretly looking for spam-friendly hosting......

While this anti spam thread has been going on I've had 5 looking, three sign ups, one bought. From GFY board

From the GFY Banner, 5 looking amd no sign ups. So scream away the evidence is in my bank.

I wish it was another way, I could get back to the studio and leave you guys. But if Spam was not effective you would not be so up in arms about it.

I really do not care about you buying, for every content provider out there, there is 1,000 webmasters.

Buy the content for your surfers and bank balance not your ego. The more money you have the better you feel.

If you do not care that I'm puublished in magazines that started and lead the Teeny niche, think hard. They are read by many every week, watch how Flynt Digital is growing and spot my content. Want to compete at the top? Then you have to get the stuff to do the job right.

Please keep this up it brings in clients and it's not my thread. I don't have to spam with you guys helping me
