I'm selling BEST-CASINO-BETS.COM, because of the new U.S. law, and I'm a U.S. webmaster. I don't want to fuck with it, although I'm probably being overly cautious.

The site has a PR of 3 in Google right now.

It is within the first 10 pages for MSN search for "casino bets", although your results might be better (seen it as high as page 3, depending on who is searching).

Stats are fucked up on that server, so I don't know what the traffic is. Last reliable stats month I have is from the beginning of the year (when I started it with Autoblogger Pro on the site) with 1,500 visits that month.

It has been run through a small trial on the Bliggo network. This will help it going forward. The fee for this has already been paid.

It has been run through Gene's ($5 Submissions from GFY) program that improves SEO rankings. This is $540 to do, I believe. The fee for this has already been paid.

The domain is registered for an Autoblogger Pro license. This is $99. The fee for this has already been paid.

I am selling the DOMAIN, the BLOG itself (all history of posts, stretching back all of those months), the valid Autoblogger Pro domain status, the design work done to the template it's using, and the SEO work that Gene already did.

None that matter, especially with the introduction of the new bill.

AdBrite never made much at all. AdSense never made more than a few hundred. The sponsors never made more than a few hundred per month.

I was waiting until it was PR3 at least, had a bunch of backlinks, and a ton of content before I set up the promotions on it --- RIGHT when all of this stuff happened (just now), the bill comes out in the U.S., and I feel like I should move away from it.

Someone with higher risk tolerance (mine is paranoid-low, since I don't *have* to get rid of this domain, but I am) is going to clean up ... especially since the money and time I put into this is going to be sold, AND the future revenues are going bye-bye in the sale.

Sucks for me. Good for the buyer. Maybe it'll lead to other business between myself and the buyer -- so it's a win-win.
