I have many new projects that i will be managing, and looking for PHP programmers.

I need to line up several developers for upcoming projects.

Overseas developers are no problem, i already have 2 and used to doing wires.

payscale is $20-$40/hr

must have own server environment to do development in your own sandbox, then i would load the code and schema to client systems.

lots of diverse projects with the benefits of having me manage the client and clearly defining business objectives (reducing feature creep) and being able to be hands-on with developers to help them when stuck in a corner as well as being able to provide structure through design documents, that allow for some room for creativity and always trying to push the envelope of technology.
