Check out http://authorize.net/ I use them on my e commerce sites. They are adult so they will accept it.

Each adult site is based on different levels according to what you do, we are AVS, so as long as do not post hardcore pictures on our site we were exceptable. But if you are running a hardcore x site than you will not pass their screening, however, their response time to your questions is fantastic, so if you drop them an email, you will know soon enough. I am very happy with them.

Netbilling now has a merchant acquisition department in house and can get you a mainstream account the same day typically. If you are selling adult products, it typically takes 48 hours once you have submitted the paperwork. We also have a free shopping cart system and excellent fraud scrubbing asd well.

By the way, Authorize.net is terminating all adult account rerlationships.... just to warn you.
