*Sigh* Does anyone else need coffee to sort of "wake up" in the mornings like I sometimes do? Some mornings I don't, other mornings I have to have a little pick-up to really get motivated.

Yeah. Although an apple, or something with sugar (or other carbohydrates) will actually give you energy hence 'wake you up' faster than coffee.

Regardless, a coffee is a habit I can't, nor do I want to get rid of.

used to . . broke my coffee ritual with a 7 day fast . . seldom drink anything but decaf now . . or half caf . . . have lots of energy now . .

I used to be an avid coffee drinker - every morning. Now, I drink green tea during the week and coffee only on the weekends. I feel so much better, more energy definitely. But the suggestion of aspirin, ibuprofin, whatever, was a must at first!

French Press makes THE BEST cup of coffee. I'm too lazy to use it though. Got two collecting dust in the cupboard, and settle for mediocre drip.

Coffee Bean - large iced coffee (its really 4 shots espresso over ice wtih some water)... it holds me off for a while
