Dude, I helped a client patch that hole before you even knew about the hack, piece of cake.

Just replace TM3 with Trade Expert, problem fixed.

Actually it was myself and one of their clients that found the hole and reported it to both our hosting and TM3 a week before ISPrime and TM3 could confirm it. So instead of waiting around I did apply the best patch possible which is what DX alluded to earlier in the thread.
