There are soo many other people you have done galleries for and because you do act very childish you didn't get paid for LOTS of galleries .. And what did I do to help you? .. I contacted clients and sold the galleries for you so you were not out that money on your work .. And these were not contracted thru me it was your deal... But again I reached out to help you like i did 100's of times in the past..Whether to help sell your work or to spend HOURS every night on ICQ talking you down when you were drunk and incredibly depressed. I had things I needed to do, but I felt I had to put it aside because of the things you were saying about yourself and your life. I won't go any deeper in it than that.

You have already said that you were paying me for the hosting, etc. You also have never tried to work out anything about that for us to come to a final price. The amount you say you are owed seems to change every other day.
Some of the emails you sent me I couldn't even make heads or tales of because you were so drunk that it wasn't even English. Threatening to post my bank account?? The account number I gave you is completely real. Bikini guy had a problem sending money to the account. MrNiceGuy had problems as well. My account wouldn't send international wires to you for some reason. You can say it's a false account all you want because that is a complete lie.

This is the last time I am posting in this thread to you. The purpose of this thread was for me to come into it. I have done that. It has not been 9 months since you have gotten paid. I've sent you several payments inbetween when we stopped working together and now. You'll be recieving an email from me shortly.

about the paysite. you remember the girl who you said was a dumbass? we worked for the paysite but yes i didn't even said all are done. please you can read it on my last reply to you. as for the money owe. do you want me to post it here? its not becuase the amount of money change everytime i post. this is my email a few months ago...

I don't know you, but from all the dealings I have had with people from that country, I am going to say your story sounds pretty credible. I too have had prices changed on me...I have made orders that were never filled, where I had to go to someone else to do them...and then a month after the project is DONE and up (by someone else), them coming to me with the work and expecting to be paid.

It seems like they take on way too much work. The average wage in the phillipines is about $250 a month...these guys get greedy, take on more work than they can handle...and postpone and postpone...and people end up cancelling...but when they don't have much work..they will go back and do your cancelled jobs and expect to get paid.

Constant excuses "my monitor died, and I need to buy a new one but I don't have the money"...a guy that is making 10 times the average wage in his country, can't afford to replace a monitor....but in realtiy, you know his monitor is probably just fine...he is just trying to get you to buy him one.

Then there is the constant items they want you to send them because they are not available in thier country...and then the talks beging about how they would love to live in the US....and in the end you know that is what they want. A free ride to the land of opportunity.

all i suggested is that you never said "i dont owe you $XXX" it sounded more like you were saying "i owe you but these are all the reasons i havent paid you"

if someone claimed i owed them money... and i did not... i would just come out and say "i dont owe you shit!"

you should leave all the personal shit out of it...
1. i owe you and youll get paid as soon as X happens
2. i dont owe you and you'll never extort money from me

Sarah I haven't done business with you, I don't want to put you down by any means and I don't have anything against you. But this problem would have been best resolved in private on icq/email/phone. And still should be done in private.

I don't think this is doing you any good. My suggestion, get on icq or whatever means you contact tenderobject, work out a payment plan that's workable and acceptable to both of you. carrying on in public is absolutely not good business.

All the best to the both of you hope this thing gets worked out amicably and fast.

From my experience disputes brought out in public go off track, become a drama, greta for board owners who get posts but do nothing to get both parties to resolve their differences.

lastly, you we're having problem to pay us since december sarah. of course you know that and after that eventhough i knew this problem would appear i still continued to work for you until last week of january first week of feb. co's you are sending late payments ever since. then stopped working with you... i only receive 300$ since we stopped working with you. i don't want to post all the excuses and promises you made for the last couple of months. but the main issue here is you owe us money thats it. its your responsibility to pay us. its not my responsibility to work for free becuase you sent us a couple of projects that doesn't ean you are free to not pay us. thats bullshit. be adult and fix this. remember we tried fixing this a couple of months ago what i only get from you is excuses and promises. if you really run a good and honest company you should atleast take care of your workers..

will expect email from you.. im sick with drama you know that.. fix your responsibility then you can expect me to shut up! im done with this.

Yes, she definitely has a stable of designers that work outside the US. yeah, that seems to be the norm, but I guess that has to be done if you want to be able to provide lower prices and do bulk work.

Like I said in another similar thread, the modus operandi of a clever scammer is to do satisfactory work for some, then scam the rest.

This way, they can ensure that gullible people post good things about them on boards, whilst still having a degree of 'plausible deniability' when it comes to answering their scam threads.

Some companies do that so they can get more work in. We don't. We do everything ourselves. It's the choice of making more and selling to others... or making less, over time, but having consistency and quality to the work....

Seems Zuzanna spends more time telling these people she owes money reasons she shouldn't have to settle the bill then she does settling the bills. I've never hired her company, so have no first hand knowledge of how she works, but her public defense strategy really needs work.

Same with Webinc. It is just easier to know the design team well and have the same people doing the designs that did the designs in the portfolio. If a client comes to me with a question for the design team I know exactly who I need to talk to to get the answer. With a ton of outsourced designers that would be a nightmare.

I don't think that Zuzana is a quote "scammer"...

...They just are not as good at what they do than other firms. The quality of work is dependant on who they choose to do the work and communication seems to be suspect. They also seem to ditch situations rather than work to resolve behind the scenes. The result of this is all the complaints you see on GFY. However, their prices are lower than the top firms so the CLIENTS have decided to take the chance.

Clients take the hugest risk to save a buck and it often takes years to learn the lesson that quality firms cost more because their work and communication is RELIABLE.

We all choose who we do business and we evaluate based on many things. 90% of our new clients come to us with bad previous experiences with the design/development industry. 95 times out of a 100 it is because they tried to save money and took a risk. When I take a risk...i except the fact that I might lose out. I'm not happy if I do lose...but I accept that risk.

It will never stop to amaze me how many people knowingly take risks with poor reputation companies and then they get burned.

This commentary really has nothing to do with the tender situation however. This is just commentary on design/development firms that constantly get called out as a scammers and why people continue to choose them.

If you own a design company, you don't want people to know your outsourcing most of you work. Most companies give their designers about 75% of the total brought in for work.
I know this, because I have worked for several large design companies in the past and gotten fucked by them.

Now days, I work for ONE company and they have me on as their personal designer and salary. They are pretty large company. No more out sourced bullshit, deposits, excuses for payment and so forth.

But for some design companies, I wouldn't tell anyone shit..that they outsourced. Its bad for your business. Not the designer you subcontracted, its your name taking the hit.

I once new a friend of mine that used to run smvcash.com that bought design work from him (when he used to work for xxxoutsourcing, another scumbag sham company that tries to get you to pay over $800 a month to rent their employees) and it took him 4 months to produce 50 or so galleries when the project called for 1 or 2 to test the quality of them and then he made 50 or so and then got mad when the project was turned down. Then expected them to pay for the 50 gallery project. Then went all over the boards and complained that smvcash was a scammer. lol.. Dude you have no credibility at this point, so exposing nics you better come up with something better then that. Tender is so very tender at this point. Better put it in a doggie bag and eat it somewhere else cause it's getting old my friend.
