I mean, I just love your latest glitch, IBill-Cathy- for the past month you (you, as in IBill, not you personally) have been giving different customers the same User Name : Password codes at times. This particular bug hasn't been fixed yet apparently, it happened again to me on April 29th. Your interim solution:
E-mailing the two customers and me at the same time with a new User_Name (consisting of the transaction number) and Password. All I have to do, as the account holder, is to manually encrypt the new Password, make a "User_Name:Encrypted_Password" line and then append it to the end of my htpasswd file each time this happens. AND, hopefully, do it before either of the two customers try to follow your instructions to access my site after they've read them. Oh, and you fail to mention that I had better not forget to manually delete that original User_Name:Password pair which was erroneously shared between the two customers in the first place- or they'll be able to access my site forever...

And this is on top of two other unresolved issues to date (in my case) that I won't even bother going into because my panties are wadded enough as it is.

I wonder how IBILL is going to pay the rent increase on a bigger office?

With all the webmasters leaving IBILL it's got to be hitting their bottom line.

I guess they will just have to add a $1.00 donation option on the sign ups pages to help make rent each month.

With all the problems IBILL has you would think moving to a new, bigger office would be down on the list somewhere.

Guess that just shows you where their heads are at.
