well perhaps she wasn't always big, perhaps she is big and still doesn't have big boobs. Well, in some cases there's probably real medical reasons why someone might be grossly overweight. Diabaetes, Hypoglycemia, Thyroid problems etc. I can understand how one might go so far down the path of being fat with this type of condition, and it's a shame.

However, there are many, many, morbidly obcese people (both male and female) that reach that point of their own doing. There's a difference between being 50 pounds overweight because you're just not a physical person, and you like to eat fast food for lunch and sucking down two pints of ice cream and a box of dougnuts on a friday night putting your bodyweight more than twice that it should be.
