Well, in some cases there's probably real medical reasons why someone might be grossly overweight. Diabaetes, Hypoglycemia, Thyroid problems etc. I can understand how one might go so far down the path of being fat with this type of condition, and it's a shame.

However, there are many, many, morbidly obcese people (both male and female) that reach that point of their own doing. There's a difference between being 50 pounds overweight because you're just not a physical person, and you like to eat fast food for lunch and sucking down two pints of ice cream and a box of dougnuts on a friday night putting your bodyweight more than twice that it should be. :2 cents:
