i found this site oddly enough.. http://www.abusemyface.com/page1.html hes using my meta tags and an obvious rip on my sites name. But who do i see when i open the page, but ravens mugg on the top header. I know this image is from her site, but if it was liscenced to others i apoligize to the infringer.

Sure you can be held liable. You approved the work and are profiting from using someone elses content. Not to mention not having the 2257 information for the girls on your site, which would put all of your affiliates at risk. Seeing your response however I doubt you care.

Wow, everytime I have ever had anything designed (I have stuff designed A LOT) I provide the content. Why would you have someone design a site for you and not use your own content in the design? Not only does using your own content protect you from these kinds of issues, but it is another way to advertise what you have inside the members area on the tour.
