Sure you can be held liable. You approved the work and are profiting from using someone elses content. Not to mention not having the 2257 information for the girls on your site, which would put all of your affiliates at risk. Seeing your response however I doubt you care.
No one is buying your claim of ignorance that having Raven Riley on your sites and in your promo material and not knowing. If you in fact did not know, you are perhaps one of the biggest fools on the net, and would make your operation of a paysite impossible.
Ignorance is not an excuse.
And whoever added the restricted area link for "tropicalsons.com", please do something about that.
