I was thinking just the same thing when I was looking at it last night, but I was guessing 11.3%.

some days ago I heard that horses panic when moon is full and some of them die
it affects on everything, on oceans, peoples and animals...

this is very interesting, maybe somebody knows more?

I have never heard that before, and I own horses. A full moon makes them an easier target for wolves/coyotes, which means they're potential prey but they don't panic because of the full moon. Nasty storms will make them panic though.
