no sides being taken other than I hate spyware / adware shit... the whole reason why I moved over to MAC's

if I did more dirty biz I could make a lot more $ (I still do very very well) - there is value in knowing your not fucking with peoples computers making them have to reinstall and possibly loose all of their data

installs generally will cause some issue long term from what I've seen.. most people are no where near the level of the average or below average webmaster when it comes to removing or cleaning the installs and other crap that comes along with it

Missie I think you gave this guy t oo much credit. He needs to learn how to "spin" better.
