I donīt know the guy running the site the pic comes from, but I highly doubt that anybody can tell from this pic if the girl shown on it is on drugs.
So I second your statement.
Even medical specialists canīt tell you that if they are examining the personīs pupils alone. So itīs impossible to tell from a pic, especially if you donīt know what you are talking about.:2 cents: |
