Good encode specs for members area AVI videos.
Can anybody help? What bitrate and size/resolution offers the best quality for members area videos?

i like 640x480 at around 2000k but i dont have to pay for the bandwidth =]

i personally think wmv 2 pass at 1400 is nicer than avi(xvid/mp4/etc) at the same rate
mpg1/2 need a lot more file size doing a big batch of flv now at 1000k that look nice - slow as hell to encode tho
