We're going to be putting together a few cool promotions for our Strip Kittens pretty soon (within the next month or so) and...

One of the styles we'd like to explore is a certain cartoon style that's pretty popular. It's sort of like an Americanized version of an anime style. The main place to check out this look is at the Hook-Ups skateboard site: http://www.hookupsskateboards.com I can't draw like this since my thing is the 3D work.

So...

Does anyone here know of any artists that work in this style?

What I would do is contact hookups, most skate companies are pretty cool.. Maybe you can get the artists# & exact style you like.

Here's some stuff I have done. The style you want has bolder outlines and less color shading, which is easy enough to do.

You won't find two artists that draw exacty the same -- but yet probably on the wrong board if you're looking for comic book style shit...

I think Aaron, who runs Sex & Violence is an excellent artist, who knows how to draw babes in a comic book style. If you decide to hire him for graphics, let him know I sent you.
