I just wanted to say what a great company WebAir has been to work with!

I switched over to them about a month and a half ago, and have had no problems, and nothing but top notch support.

I've grown to have a lot of respect for Mike, he runs a tight ship, is very approachable, and is always more than helpful and friendly.

It's great to be doing business with a company like his.

I've been with them for 2 years and I've had my fair share of problems. They're still good guys though. Support is pretty good. I just dont think a month is enough time to get you all giddy.

BTW: I've experienced them transitioning all my stuff from my old ISP, them working with Mansion Productions to install all of the necessary things for MAS, them answering support tickets requesting additional things be done, talking to Mike on several occasions, plus being able to get a feel for their network speed over the past month and a half.

I think that's enough for me to say they make me tingle between my thighs so far.

my 5 cents:
Last month I forgot to add money on the CC that webair bills, so they can't bill me. I explained the situation to webair support and they said: Ok, let us know when the card will be ready to charge, we will not suspend.
Couple of days later I added the funds.
They really care about their clients

Yep and it doesn't matter if your a big or small client, I've always gotten super Customer Service from them. I just wish I'd have used them sooner.
